IS THERE A DEPOSIT?
Yes. Elite Tent Rental requires a deposit of 50% of your order that should be sent with the completed tent rental agreement form. This ensures that your party will receive the products you want. The remaining balance of your order will be due upon delivery.
CAN I PUT THE TENT ON SOMETHING OTHER THAN GRASS?
Yes. Elite Tent Rental rents out frame tents which allows us to set up tents on grass, cement, asphalt, and even decks. Basically, any flat surface you want your tent set up on, we can do it. Please click on a picture below to see examples:
I DON'T WANT LARGE STAKES STICKING OUT OF THE GROUND. HOW DO YOU ANCHOR YOUR TENTS? WILL THERE BE ROPES INVOLVED?
Tents set up on grass by Elite Tent Rental involve neither large stakes that leave holes in your ground nor ropes to support the frame. Four 10" stakes securely anchor each leg to the ground. This means Elite Tent Rental's tents are good for tight spaces as well as safe for your guests around the tent. YOUR TENTS LOOK DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I USUALLY OF WHEN I THINK OF A PARTY TENT. WHY?
Elite Tent Rental rents out frame tents. This is because frame tents allow for setups on different surfaces ranging from grass to concrete to wood decks. As well, there isn't going to ever be a center pole inside the tent allowing for 100% usable space. When you think of as a usual party tent, the "circus" style tents are a pole tent using stakes, ropes, and big poles inside the tent meaning you don't have 100% usable space.
As well, Elite Tent Rental's tents are "wedding white" as opposed to the multi color stripe tops usually seen with "circus" style tents. We feel that by offering a different style tent as well as a traditional color scheme, this creates an elegant setting regardless of the occasion.
WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
At Elite Tent Rental, we recognize that planning a party requires the coordination of a lot of different elements and the tent is often the first thing that must go up. With that in mind, we strive to deliver your tent one (1) to two (2) days in advance to allow you as much time as needed to put together the other elements. However, Michigan's weather doesn't always allow for this to happen. A worst case scenario means your equipment will be set up the morning of the event.
WHEN DO YOU PICK UP?
We recognize that party ending times vary. Thus, a pick up date and time will be set upon delivery. However, should your party end earlier than anticipated and you would like the equipment picked up, please feel free to call Elite Tent Rental and our staff will be glad to pick the equipment up in a timely fashion.
DO YOU SET UP THE TENTS, TABLES, AND CHAIRS?
Elite Tent Rental's experienced crew not only sets up the tent, but will also set up the tables and chairs at no additional charge.
CAN I EXPECT ALL OF MY EQUIPMENT TO BE CLEAN?
Yes. Elite Tent Rental feels obligated to provide every job with the best looking equipment. At Elite Tent Rental, we take a lot of pride in our equipment and pass that passion onto you by cleaning and sanitizing the tent, tables, and chairs at the time of delivery.
